We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our global sales team with a talent for creative lead generation and a balance of team collaboration and entrepreneurial independence. Your role will focus on developing and maintaining partner relationships through effective networking, strategic lead generation, and market research.
Proactively generate leads and network to build a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with startups, small and medium-sized businesses through a variety of digital communication platforms.
Oversee the entire sales process, from understanding customer needs to crafting compelling proposals.
Conduct market research and stay on top of industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our CRM processes.
Demonstrate a deep commitment to a customer-centric approach, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
Engage actively in startup communities, contributing to and learning from these networks.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Highly organized and skilled in time management.
Experience in sales or lead generation (SDR, BDR roles), specifically in B2B SaaS.
Proficiency in using digital communication tools (phone, Zoom, Skype, email) for client interactions. Knowledge of using CRM systems.
A self-starter with a robust entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take on challenges and grow with the company.
Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls, texts, and emails.
Compensation: Commission-based with an uncapped earning potential.
