On this webinar, we will discuss the visa options for foreign nationals who are interested in working and living in the United States with a focus on entrepreneurs who wish to start companies in the United States.  We will cover the requirements for the various visa options, the advantages and disadvantages of the different visas, and the current process trends.

Speakers:

Nadia Yakoob has been practicing U.S. immigration law for over 20 years.  She has extensive expertise in temporary and permanent employment-based visas, family-based immigration, asylum, removal relief, and citizenship.  She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal.  She also was a Fulbright Scholar at the European Court of Human Rights.
